FORMULATION:

Amprolium hydrochloride           200mg

Sulphaquinoxaline                    200mg

Vitamin K3                                3mg

INDICATIONS:

CURECOCCI indicated in Coccidiosis and Gastrointestinal infections in calves,sheep and goats also in prevention and treatment of coccidiosis and bacterial infections in poultry.

CONTRA INDICATIONS:

Administration to animals with impaired hepatic and/or renal functions.

Hypersensitivity to amprolium and/or sulfaquinoxaline.

SIDE EFFECTS:

At high dosages in laying hens egg-drop and in broilers growth inhibition and polyneuritis can occur. Other side effects may include crystalluria, anaemia, leucopenia and thrombocytopenia.

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION:

For oral administration

Calves, sheep and goats:

Preventive : 1 g per 50 - 100 kg body weight through drinking water or milk for 21 days.

Curative : 5 g per 25 - 50 kg body weight through drinking water or milk for 5 days.

Poultry : 20 g per 20 - 40 litres of drinking water for 5 - 7 days.

Note: for pre-ruminant calves, lambs and kids only. Do not administer to hens producing eggs for human consumption.

WITHDRAWAL PERIOD:

- For meat:

Calves, sheep and goats : 14 days.

Poultry : 14 days.

Foods,drugs,devices and cosmetics act prohibits dispensing without prescription of a duly licensed veterianrian.

STORAGE CONDITION:

Store at 30 ℃ in original container protected from direct sunlight .Following withdrawal of the first dose.use the product within 28 days,discard unused product.
